Our Teen Camps give young people across the province a chance to stay connected with their summer camp friends.

Spring Teen Camp focus on friendships and leadership development, giving teens life skills to cope with the long-term physical and emotional effects of cancer. Fun and laughter guaranteed!

Bereaved Family Camp

May 3-5 2019, Camp Kindle
Families who have lost a child to cancer

The purpose of this special family camp is to give families who have lost a child to cancer the chance to:

  • Relax – get away from regular life and relax in the beautiful Camp Kindle setting;
  • Play – enjoy all the activities and opportunities for recreation at Camp Kindle, including our high ropes course, hiking trails, campfires, games, skits and songs;
  • Connect – with other families who have experienced a loss, who may better understand your journey than others.

You will have the chance to enjoy camp as a family unit, but also have some free time as adults while our capable staff and volunteers engage the kids in exciting activities around camp.

Family Camp

Childhood cancer families

Each spring and fall, join us at Camp Kindle for a relaxing weekend with your family. Camp is a great opportunity for young people to come together and enjoy the simple pleasures of childhood, while parents find quiet time to relax and connect with other parents.​


Tween Camp, Teen Camp, Teen Leadership Retreat

October 25 to 27, 2019, Camp Kindle
Ages 10 to 17

3 programs. 1 weekend. A ton of fun.

  • Tween Camp (ages 10 to 12 or grades 5 and 6)
  • Teen Camp (ages 13 to 17 or grades 7 to12)
  • Teen Leadership Retreat (ages 14 to 17 or grades 9 to 12)

Join us October 25 through 27 at Camp Kindle for our fall Tween Camp, Teen Camp or Teen Leadership Program. Reconnect with summer camp friends for a weekend of fun, laughter and learning.


Tween Camp (ages 10 to 12 or grades 5 and 6)

It's tough being in transition when you're a kid waiting to be a teen. This camp program offers kids in the be-tween years a chance to be more independent, explore the natural world and take ownership of projects. 

Teen Camp (ages 13 to 17 or grades 7 to 12)

Teen Leadership Retreat (ages 14 to 17 or grades 9 to 12)

Our Teen Leadership Retreat provides educational and skill development opportunities to young adults in grades 9 to 12. Offering a conference-like experience, the retreat empowers teens to learn and grow in a professional environment, where they can gain important life skills and education in a variety of different topics.
