YOUR gifts help kids like Brenden to thrive after cancer!
Meet Brenden! He’s a cheerful, social little guy who’s starting grade five this fall. Like his older siblings Emily and Dustin, Brenden is a talented athlete — especially when it comes to hockey. To meet Brenden, you’d never know he’s a brain cancer survivor. Sadly, his sunny disposition belies a serious truth. Brenden is struggling at school, and despite his mother’s best efforts, his teachers refused to accept that he has a cancer-related learning issue. Thankfully, with your steadfast support, our education support team stepped up to help advocate for Brenden. They also matched him with a Kids Cancer Care tutor, who has helped him to read and write. Brenden has received the testing and resources he needs, and he’s making real progress. You can ensure that Brenden and other kids get the support they need to learn and thrive after cancer with a donation today. Please give generously.
