How do I get involved?
Applying to volunteer with KCCFA is fast and easy.
Simply follow the steps below and you’ll be well on
your way to helping hundreds of Alberta children
with cancer.

Download, print
and complete a volunteer application form on the
right.

If you are under
the age of 18 your parent or guardian must
complete a
Minor Volunteer Waiver form.

Fax, mail or drop off your application to our
office. Our manager of volunteers is also
available to answer any of your questions by
email or by
phone, 403.984.1222.
Interview and Screening Process
Once you submit your application, the manager of
volunteers, will contact you within two weeks to
arrange an interview. During the interview, you and
the manager will discuss and match your skills and
interests with volunteer positions at the
Foundation.
After the interview, KCCFA will
conduct a thorough security and child welfare check
and contact your references. If you have had a
security or child welfare check within the last
three years, please include copies when applying.
