The Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta provides safe, quality camp experiences for young people and their families affected by cancer. Our free weekend and summer camps offer kids across Alberta a chance to escape the rigours of cancer treatments for outdoor fun and adventure.

From SunRise to SunMaker to SunSeeker, Teen Camp and Family Camp, KCCFA camps are designed to meet the needs of the whole family at each stage in the cancer journey—from diagnosis through treatment to survival or bereavement. Our staff and volunteers are fully qualified and trained to meet the unique physical, medical and psychosocial needs of young people affected by cancer. All our camps are located short distances from the Alberta Children’s Hospital in Calgary and the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Edmonton.
