Jordan Miller, Camp Program Manager
Jordan Miller is
KCCFA’s camp program manager. He is responsible for
overseeing the programs and operations at Camp
Kindle. Jordan oversees the
bookings and
visits of all outside user-groups who rent the camp
as well as the programs and activities of KCCFA’s
SunMaker and
SunRise camps.
He also oversees our year-round
family and
teen camps.
Jordan brings to the Foundation more than 10 years
experience in the camping and outdoor recreation
field and has worked with a range of populations
including at-risk youth and youth with special
needs. Former standards and accreditation
coordinator with the Alberta Camping Association,
Jordan is well-versed in safe camping practices for
children and has worked with camping professionals
at camps across the province.
Jordan holds a
Master’s degree in Leisure Studies from Dalhousie
University and a Bachelor’s in Physical Education
from the University of Alberta. He is committed to
providing memorable and safe camp experiences in the
great outdoors for the youth and families involved
with KCCFA.
